CASTLE ROCK ATA
Student Code of Conduct
We're thrilled to share the principles that have made Castle Rock ATA Taekwondo a beacon of excellence in martial arts education, particularly before the unforeseen challenges brought by Covid. Our commitment to reclaiming our status as one of the top schools in the region is unwavering, and we're excited to journey there with our dedicated students and their families.
At Castle Rock ATA, we pride ourselves on being more than just an after-school activity; we're a community deeply invested in the personal and physical development of our students through the disciplined practice of Taekwondo.
We invite parents to observe classes once a week, fostering a transparent and supportive environment for our students to thrive. To enhance the learning experience for all, we've outlined clear guidelines for managing late arrivals, ensuring class time is fully utilized, and maintaining the decorum necessary for productive learning. This includes makeup sessions for latecomers, managing excessive or lengthy breaks efficiently, and mechanisms for addressing disruptions constructively.
Advancement through the ranks at Castle Rock ATA is earned through dedication, skill, and a deepening understanding of Taekwondo's principles, reflected in our tailored requirements for each belt level, including essays, demonstrations, and sparring for our highest achievers.
Ensuring a fair and straightforward process for testing eligibility and fee management, emphasizing the importance of consistent attendance and preparation. Our current monthly fee is $100/month per student, with a discounted rate available for 3 or more in a family. This is - by far - the lowest rate of any martial arts school within 60 miles and we DO NOT require any type of contract, ever.
These guidelines are designed to foster a supportive, disciplined, and high-achieving environment for all students. We're excited to partner with you in this journey of growth, discipline, and achievement. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and your support of the Castle Rock ATA community!
Sincerely,
John Addison and Instructors
